Shipping Info

Kadyluxe ships to the US, Canada & Internationally. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by weight via USPS or UPS. Free shipping is eligible on US orders $75+.  

We recommend UPS ground for the most successful ship method.

We recommend UPS or DHL for international packages.

Note, International orders may be subject to duty.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship USPS First Class/Priority Mail from Denver, CO within 48-72 hours and typically arrive within 2-3 days. 

International orders ship via USPS and arrive in 7-14 days.

USPS Express packages ship within 24 hours of time of purchase.

Understand some shipping times may be extended due to COVID-19.

Lost Package

If you experience a lost or delayed package please visit the carrier recommendation section below and reach out to info@kadyluxe.com so we can help.

How do I file a USPS lost package claim?

Visit your local Post Office™ location for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.

Call 1-800-275-8777 (1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask for the phone number for your local Consumer Affairs office regarding a Missing Mail request

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to return your item.

Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Please use the Returns/Exchanges platform to access a return label.

We recommend using the same mailer your package arived in. It is specially designed with a second sticker strip for just this reason.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed 7-14 days upon receipt of your return. Payment will be returned to the original payment method used at time of purchase. 

I would like an exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, process your request through our Returns/Exchange platform.

I ordered the wrong size, can you change it before my order ships?

If your order has not shipped we can change the size for you. Please email info@kadyluxe.com right away so we can help you.

Sizing
I'm in between sizes, should I size up or down?

We recommend sizing down in certain styles (pocket ilegging). Most of our garments have a lot of stretch.

Think about how you want your fit to feel. If you prefer a relaxed fit, size up. If you prefer a snug fit, size down. 

We do not recommend sizing down on the Cosmo Legging or any of the bras. 

What size am I in the Cosmo Legging?

The Cosmo Legging runs true to size. If you are unsure, go one size up. This style has perforated details and is made in our new "naked feel fabric" which is snug. 

FAQ's
How do I wash my leggings?

We recommend washing all leggings on cold cycle without softners. Hang to dry!

How do I wash my Milky Silk tops?

Milky silk will not shrink or pile. We recommend washing on cold cycle with like colors. Dry on low. 

My favorite item is sold out, will there be a restock?

When we sell out, it's gone!

Occasionally there are exceptions, so be sure to become a Kadyluxe subscriber to get up-to-date information on restocks and product launches.

What are your fabrics made of?

Kadyluxe fabrics are proprietary to our brand, we only use the finest threads. Nylon and spandex are used in most of our leggings and a polyester spandex blend for tops and tees.

What is the warranty on your product?

We design clothing with long life cycles to reduce our carbon footprint and deliver a high quality products to our customers.

However, if you have any issue with your garment please email support@kadyluxe.com. If there is a defect, we will be happy to replace your item.
