Refund policy

Within 14 days from the delivery date, you can receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Within 30 days from the delivery date, you can exchange your item or receive store credit.

Returns that are outside of the 30 day return window will not be accepted, refunded, or mailed back.

There is a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your order total. This fee will be waived if you opt for store credit or exchange your items. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.

Please note: all sale pieces are final sale and all made-to-order sorority products (e.g., activewear) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
